1. Event products are offered “as is”, with no special warranty beyond Lovense’s general warranty.

5. Customers may choose either to use a coupon or to enjoy the Spring Sale product discounts. If a customer opts to use a coupon, the participating toy prices in the cart will automatically revert to the standard 50% OFF tier, after which the coupon discount will be applied.

6. Gift cards may be used during the Spring Sale.

7. Lovense reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time, including adjustments to promotional participation and product discount rates, with all promotions subject to the official website’s display.

8. Delivery times may be affected by carrier capacity, customs clearance, or holiday-related logistics congestion, Lovense shall not be held responsible for such delays. Please allow additional time for delivery during the event period.

VI. Liability

Lovense shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) arising from participation in the Event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

VII. Rights & Interpretation

1. Lovense reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time.

2. The final interpretation of the Event belongs solely to Lovense.
